COVID-19 Updates

At JPTelecomm, our crew is our family. Any of our crew that is exposed to or test positive for COVID-19 are being asked to self-isolate and will be provided for.

However, because JPTelcomm helps maintain critical medical, public safety, and broadcasting infrastructure, unaffected team members will be responding to emergency outages as they arise. We are also scheduling on-site jobs as we can safely do so.

Additionally, we are continuing to do repairs and sales via our Ebay store. Phone appointments for troubleshooting and technical consultations are also available. We will not be doing free repair pick-up and drop-off until case counts have reached safer levels.
