From building a reliable paging system to small business office network support, JP Telecomm provides specialized telecommunications services for the Inland Northwest.
As of June 12th 2023 we will be moving to appointment-only for on-site work, and turnaround times for repair work may be extended. Due to a very high work load because of a new long term contract we will not be taking on any new customs at this time.
Our web hosting and remote monitoring services will continue to operate as normal, with reduced outage and on-call support availability. We are also going to be providing a customer self-service portal that will allow you to see the status of monitored equipment and submit help tickets for troubleshooting or configuration changes.
These changes are so I can take on a new contract supporting the City of Spokane full-time in the IT department. It is important to me that I am still available to the customers that have come to rely on JPTelecomm, while still ensuring that I fulfill the requirements of a contract that will help provide long-term financial stability for myself and the company.
If you have any questions about these changes, please let me know.

Repairs & Programming
The most common question we get is “I have this radio, will you program it?” If it’s a Motorola, Icom, Kenwood, or Vertex radio, we’ll likely be able to help with P25 or FM channels.

If it communicates, we’ll likely work on it.
One of our most common questions is “do you work on…?” The short answer is, if it is designed to help people communicate, we likely do. We’ll be happy to talk with you about any project you’re imagining.
